Guide Team Sharing

Sharing with Your Team

In a team workspace, Share includes Your team alongside Private and Public. Anything shared that way becomes part of the group's library.

Share with "Your team"

  1. Open the item or folder.
  2. Open Share.
  3. Choose Your team.

Every active member can view the shared item. Editing remains with its owner unless access is granted separately. Sharing a project the same way gives every teammate the project's content — folders and items included. Project chats stay with the owner.

Build a useful library

Sharing a folder is the fastest way to establish one source of truth:

  1. Create a folder for the project, training program, or research area.
  2. Add the PDFs, recordings, notes, and generated materials people need.
  3. Share the folder with Your team.

Teammates can open those sources, ask grounded questions, and create their own artifacts using the limits of their effective plan. Their usage does not reduce anyone else's allowance.
