Built for the training you keep putting off
Most training content dies in a folder because making it takes weeks. Scholarly turns the material you already wrote into finished artifacts in minutes.
Your material in, training out
Point Scholarly at a policy PDF, an all-hands recording, or a product spec. Get back a narrated video lecture, a slide deck, a quiz that checks understanding, a podcast for the commute, or a searchable summary — every claim cited to the source it came from.
Nothing invented
Answers and artifacts are built only from the sources your team uploads, with citations back to the exact document and page. When a policy changes, replace the source — not the whole course.
Weekly AI credits — your own
Every member gets their own 450 AI credits each week. Credits are per person, never a shared pool, so one teammate's heavy week never eats into anyone else's — and everyone starts fresh each week.
Up and running in minutes
No sales call, no implementation project, no content migration. Set up a team yourself and invite your people.
Start a team and pick seats
Choose "My team or business" at signup, set how many seats you need, and check out per seat, monthly or yearly.
Add your material
Drop in handbooks, SOPs, recordings, and decks. Share them as a library so everyone on the team builds from the same approved sources.
Generate and roll out
Turn any source into a video lecture, deck, quiz, podcast, or study guide. New hires get the finished artifact; you keep the source of truth.
Everything included
Every format your team needs, from one source
You don't buy formats one at a time. Every output is on for every member from day one — all generated from the documents, recordings, and decks your organization already owns.
- Narrated video lectures and slide decks
- Quizzes, practice exams, and knowledge checks
- Podcasts and audio briefings from documents
- AI Meeting Notes from calls and recordings
- Deep Research across your shared library
- Source-grounded AI chat with citations

Admin controls
Run your team from one place
Everything a team needs to manage itself lives in one workspace — billing, roles, model access, and per-member usage, all in a single view.
- Invite by email or link, with Member and Admin roles
- Shared source libraries so everyone works from approved material
- Model access controls that apply to the whole team at once
- One central bill — pay per seat, add seats anytime
- Per-member usage, broken down by feature and model

Teams questions, answered
How many people can I add?
Start with 1 seat and self-serve up to 29. If you need more — a larger org, a school, or a district — talk to our team and we'll set you up.
How does billing work?
You pay per seat, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Yearly billing saves 40%. You can add seats at any time and they're billed on the same plan.
What AI models do teams get?
Teams unlock the Enterprise-only Opus 4.8 and Fable 5, plus paid models such as Sonnet 5 and GPT-5.6 Sol, across every feature that uses AI. Admins decide which tiers the team can use.
Are AI credits shared across the team?
No. Every member gets their own 450 AI credits per week. Credits are per person, not a shared pool, so no one's heavy week affects anyone else. They reset weekly.
How do people join the team?
Invite members by email or share an invite link. Each person can be a Member or an Admin. When they accept, every feature turns on for them right away.
Is this an LMS?
No. Scholarly makes the training content — videos, decks, quizzes, podcasts, summaries — from material you already have. There's no course catalogue, seat-time tracking, or compliance reporting, so teams typically use it alongside an LMS or on its own for material that never justified a full course build.
What can a team create?
Narrated video lectures, slide decks, flashcards, quizzes, practice exams, study guides, notes, podcasts, Deep Research reports, and AI Meeting Notes — all generated from your team's shared material.
How do we know the output is accurate?
Every artifact is generated only from the sources you upload, and answers carry citations back to the document and page they came from. Reviewers can check any claim against the original rather than trusting the model.
How is Scholarly Teams different from ChatGPT Business?
ChatGPT Business, formerly Team, is a strong general AI workspace with Projects, Company Knowledge, Deep Research, writing, and coding. Scholarly Teams makes training artifacts first-class: shared source libraries, SRS decks, quizzes, podcasts, narrated video, graded practice, and cited answers — with 450 credits per member per week.
Does Teams work for sales enablement and onboarding?
Yes. Keep playbooks and product docs in one shared library, turn call recordings into searchable notes, and give new hires practice checks from the real material — not generic AI copy.
