Teams and Enterprise
Scholarly Teams put your whole group on one plan: every paid feature unlocked for every member, weekly AI credits for everyone, premium AI models, centralized billing, and admin controls — all managed from one place.
This is the Enterprise plan. It's the right fit for study groups, classes, departments, and organizations that want one bill and shared settings instead of everyone subscribing individually.
What's included
Every member of a team gets:
- Every paid Scholarly feature unlocked — unlimited-style access to flashcards, quizzes, notes, podcasts, AI Video Lectures, slides, Deep Research, AI Meeting Notes, and more, without individual upgrade prompts.
- Premium and top-tier AI models — including frontier models reserved for Enterprise teams. Admins choose which model tiers the team can use.
- Weekly AI credits for every member — instead of lifetime caps, each member gets their own credits that refill every week. See How AI Credits Work.
- One bill — pay per seat, monthly or yearly, managed centrally.
Seats and pricing
- Teams start at 3 seats and are self-serve up to 29 seats. Need more? Contact us and we'll set you up.
- Pricing is $45 per seat / month, or $324 per seat / year (save 40%).
- Every member gets 450 AI credits per week of their own.

Roles
Every team has three roles:
- Owner — created the team. Full control, including billing.
- Admin — can invite and remove members, add seats, set model access, and manage billing.
- Member — uses every feature with their own weekly credits. Members don't manage billing or settings.
You can be an active member of only one team at a time.
Managing your team
Owners and admins manage everything from the Team page (in the sidebar). From there you can add seats, invite teammates, change roles, remove members, choose which AI models the team can use, and open the billing portal. See Managing Your Team.
