Joining a Team
Someone invited you to a Teams workspace. Accepting the invitation fills one of the team's paid seats and adds the team workspace to your account.
Accept your invitation
- Open the invitation email and follow the link.
- Sign in with the invited email address, or create an account with it.
- Accept before the invitation expires. If it has expired, ask an admin to resend it.
What you get
- The AI models, creation tools, and usage limits of the team's Premium or Laureate plan.
- The team's shared source library.
- The model groups your admins allow.
- No separate team credit or token balance.
If you already have a stronger personal plan, you keep it. Scholarly uses the more capable of your personal plan and the team's entitlement.
Good to know
- You can be an active member of only one team at a time.
- Owners and admins manage seats, invitations, roles, model policy, and billing.
- If an admin removes you, you lose team access and the seat becomes available to someone else.
