The Free plan includes 15 minutes of recording in total; Premium allows up to 2 hours of recording per day and Laureate up to 12 hours per day. The Free plan includes one lifetime upload and one lifetime AI creation shared across Scholarly; paid plans lift those limits. Teams plans — Premium for Teams at $35 per seat/month or Laureate for Teams at $110 per seat/month — give every seat the same access with shared libraries and one central bill.

What can I turn into meeting notes?

Meetings recorded live in Scholarly, or any audio you upload — MP3, M4A (phone voice memos), WAV, WebM, and OGG, plus video files like MP4 and MOV, where Scholarly uses the audio track. Multi-hour uploads are fine. The Free plan includes 15 minutes of recording in total; Premium allows up to 2 hours of recording per day and Laureate up to 12 hours per day.

How are the notes structured?

By what matters, not by the order things were said: the decisions made, the action items that came out of them, and the key discussion points grouped by topic. The timestamped transcript stays attached so you can verify any line against the original audio.

Can I use it for lectures, interviews, or classes too?

Is it free?

What uses my free AI creations?

Generating flashcards, improving a flashcard deck, making a podcast, creating a video lecture or infographic, building slides, a spreadsheet, or a story book, making a mind map, study guide, or worksheet, having an AI Agent create a timeline, SOP, flowchart, lesson plan, or outline, running Deep Research, or processing a recording uses your free AI creation. It is a lifetime free credit and does not reset. AI Chat, autocomplete, quiz practice, voice, exams, and file uploads have separate lifetime allowances.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
