Introducing AI Video Lectures: Turn Your PDFs into Animated Study Videos

We've all been there: staring at a 60-page PDF at 2 AM, trying to absorb dense material before an exam. Highlighting doesn't help. Re-reading feels pointless. What if you could just watch it instead?

Today we're launching AI Video Lectures — a new feature that turns your PDFs into fully narrated, animated explainer videos.

How It Works

The process takes three steps:

1. Upload up to 3 PDFs. Lecture slides, textbook chapters, research papers — anything works. Select files from your library or upload new ones.

2. Customize. Choose a language (27+ supported) and optionally add instructions to guide the lecture style or focus areas. Want it to emphasize key definitions? Focus on a specific chapter? Just say so.

3. Generate. Our AI reads your content, writes a narrated script, and produces a complete video with animated scenes. This takes about 10–25 minutes. You can close the page and we'll notify you when it's ready.

That's it. No editing software, no recording equipment, no hours of prep.

What You Get

Every AI Video Lecture is a study-ready package:

Animated scenes — not a slideshow. The AI creates mathematical visualizations, illustrations, charts, and graphs tailored to each topic. Think 3Blue1Brown-style explanations generated from your own material.

Natural voice narration — clear, natural-sounding AI narration. Not robotic text-to-speech — actual conversational delivery that makes complex topics easier to follow.

Chapter navigation — jump to any section instantly. Each chapter covers a specific topic from your source material, so you can go straight to what you need to review.

Full transcript — read along or search for specific content without scrubbing through video. Every word is transcribed and synced.

AI chat — ask follow-up questions about anything in the video. The AI uses your transcript and source PDFs to give grounded, citation-backed answers.

Flashcard generation — turn the key concepts from your video into flashcards with one click. Watch, then drill. The complete study loop.

Who Is This For?

AI Video Lectures work especially well for:

  • STEM students — mathematical animations and visualizations make physics, chemistry, biology, and math concepts click in ways that text alone can't.
  • Visual learners — if you retain more from watching than reading, this is built for you. See the concepts, don't just read about them.
  • Anyone with dense material — research papers, technical documentation, textbook chapters. If it's hard to get through as text, try watching it.
  • Study groups — share a video lecture link with classmates. Everyone gets the same clear explanation without anyone having to present.

Free to Try

Free users can create 1 video lecture per day. If you're on a Premium plan, video lecture generation is unlimited — along with all our other study tools.
