Introducing Scholarly Teams

One workspace for your whole group

Until now, Scholarly was built around one person and their own material. Today we're expanding that to whole groups with Scholarly Teams — a shared workspace for study groups, classes, departments, research labs, and organizations.

Instead of everyone subscribing on their own and expensing it separately, you put the whole group on one Premium or Laureate plan: the same plan for every member, centralized billing, shared projects, and admin controls — all managed from one place.

The chosen plan, unlocked for everyone

When someone joins your team, the chosen Premium or Laureate access turns on automatically, including flashcards, quizzes, notes, podcasts, AI Video Lectures, slides, Deep Research, and AI Meeting Notes within that plan's limits. No individual upgrade prompts or per-person paywalls. They accept the invite and start working from your shared materials right away.

Premium or Laureate models

Premium for Teams includes Premium models; Laureate for Teams adds Frontier models and Boosts. Admins can decide which included tiers the team can use.

Two plans, without a team credit wallet

Teams is deliberately simple: every member inherits the chosen plan's models, features, and usage. There is no separate team credit balance or per-action price to allocate. Admins see activity and adoption over time.

In Settings → Usage, members see their own recent activity. Admins get a 7-day team view covering active members, chat, questions answered, study sessions, and voice time.

Shared materials and admin controls

Everything a team needs to run itself lives in one place:

• Invite by email or link, with Member and Admin roles.
• Shared source libraries, so your team studies and works from the same materials.
• Model access controls that apply to every member at once.
• One bill — pay per seat, monthly or yearly, managed centrally in Stripe with seats you can add anytime.

Pricing

Premium seats are $35 / month or $336 / year; Laureate seats are $110 / month or $1,056 / year. Both yearly prices save 20%. Start with 1 seat and self-serve up to 29; if you need more, get in touch and we'll set you up.

Getting started

Start a team from pricing or Scholarly for Teams, pick Premium or Laureate, name the team, and invite your people. They'll get that plan plus the shared team workspace from the moment they accept.

We built Scholarly Teams the same way we build everything else — around your own material, with genuinely good tools rather than engagement loops. We can't wait to see what your group does with it.
