Direct answer
How do I make a training video in Polish from an SOP?
Upload the SOP, policy or handbook, set the output language to Polish, and Scholarly scripts a narrated, chaptered module from those files only, keeping your step order. Viewers watch in a browser with Polish captions and a searchable transcript.
- Free plan: One lifetime AI Creation Credit and one upload (up to 8 MB; the first 32 pages of a PDF are read), enough for one Polish module of about 2 minutes at up to 720p, with Scholarly branding, shared by link. MP4 export is paid. No credit card.
- Paid plans: Premium includes 15 AI Creation Credits a week, up to 10 sources per module, 1080p, target lengths up to 45 minutes and watermark-free MP4 export. A module over 15 minutes costs 1 extra credit, over 30 minutes 2. Scholarly Teams adds a shared library and roles.
- What goes in: SOPs, policy PDFs, onboarding handbooks, product guides, enablement decks and recorded walkthroughs. Up to 10 files per module on Premium, 20 on Laureate.
- What comes out: A narrated training module with a chapter per stage, captions and a transcript. Paid plans export a watermark-free MP4 for an LMS, intranet or wiki.
- How Polish is handled: Narration, on-screen steps and captions are in Polish. Generate an English version from the same source when a team works in both. Narration is spoken by a multilingual voice that is told to speak Polish, so it does not have to guess between similar languages such as Czech and Slovak.

What Polish training narration sounds like
Narration
Zanim zaczniesz konserwację maszyny, wyłącz ją, zablokuj rozłącznik własną kłódką i zawieś swoją osobistą zawieszkę. Kłódkę może zdjąć tylko osoba, która ją założyła.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can my source be in English and the output in Polish?
Yes. The source and the output do not have to share a language. Upload an English PDF, deck or recording, set the output language to Polish in the creation panel, and the script, text and narration are written in Polish. Leave the setting on Auto and Scholarly follows the language of the source instead.
Can the narration confuse Polish with Czech or Slovak?
Not when you pick Polish: the narrator is told to speak Polish by name instead of guessing from the text. Under Auto, Polish prose is recognised from its letters and common words and named to the narrator the same way.
Can I make a training video in Polish for free?
Yes, once. The Free plan includes one lifetime AI Creation Credit, which renders a roughly 2-minute Polish module at up to 720p, enough to judge it on a real procedure. Paid plans add longer modules, 1080p and MP4 export.
Does it use an avatar or a presenter?
No. Scholarly makes narrated scenes with diagrams and on-screen steps, not a synthetic presenter, and it does not lip-sync a face. If a talking head is a requirement, an avatar tool is the better fit. On a paid Teams plan you can see who on your team finished a shared module and how they did on its questions; Scholarly does not assign training or issue certificates, so keep those in your LMS.
Is Scholarly's interface available in Polish?
Not yet. Scholarly's interface is available in English (US), English (UK), Deutsch, Español (España), Español (Latinoamérica), Français, 日本語, 한국어, Nederlands, Português (Brasil), 简体中文, العربية, Italiano and Türkçe, but what you create can be in Polish whichever interface language you use: pick it once as your default output language in Settings, or per creation in the language row of the creation panel.
