How it works

Upload your textbook and study one subject at a time

Before you buy another Q&A drill book, see whether the textbook you already have open is enough.

  1. 01

Upload your textbook, past exams, and lecture handouts

Rights and relations chapters, legal restrictions, taxes and other topics. Even if your edition differs, the pages you use are the source of truth.

  2. 02

Turn definitions and requirements into cards

Perfection requirements against third parties, zoning districts, registration, and the conditions for tax calculations are broken down into fill-in-the-blank and Q&A cards.

  3. 03

Go back only to the provisions you missed

Open the original paragraph from any card's source. Your flashcards stay connected to your textbook.

What you can do

Take manual card writing out of Takken study

The exam covers a lot of ground. Spend your time recalling, not writing cards.

Flashcards by subject

Create separate sets for rights and relations, legal restrictions, and taxes and other topics, organised by the chapters you upload.

Practice from past exam explanations

Upload an explanation PDF and get practice questions on the same issues. They test the conditions, not rote memorisation.

Chat that leads back to the provision

Ask "Can this registration be asserted against a third party?" and it cites the relevant passage in your textbook.

Why your own textbook

Your Takken score depends on the textbook you study

Questions in off-the-shelf apps are written for the average test taker. They don't include the passages you underlined in class, your school's assigned textbook, or this year's handouts on legal amendments.

On the Takken exam, precise definitions earn points. When perfection requirements, registration, and zoning district figures become cards in your book's exact wording, you recall them more easily on exam day.

After you pass, you can use the same materials for explaining important matters to clients and reviewing contracts at work. It is not a question bank locked to the exam.

FAQ

About Takken exam prep

Which textbooks are supported?

You are not tied to any particular publisher. Upload the textbook, past exam collection, or prep school handouts you use now as PDFs or photos.

Does it keep up with legal amendments?

The model does not guarantee the latest laws on its own. Upload this year's amendment handouts or the latest edition of your textbook, and your cards and questions will be built from that content.

Can I start with rights and relations only?

Yes. Upload chapters or files separately to create decks and practice questions for each subject.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. No credit card required. Start with one chapter on rights and relations.
