Welcome to Scholarly, where your journey to smarter studying begins! Whether you’re creating study guides, sharing course notes, or preparing for exams, we're here to help you every step of the way. Let’s dive into how you can leverage our platform to create and share your content.
Step 1: Create Your Page
Starting a new page is simple. Here’s how you can get set up in no time:
- Open the Sidebar: Locate and click on the Create Page button in the sidebar. Alternatively, you can start a new page directly from the Home screen.
- Choose Your Template: Select from a variety of templates that best suit the type of content you wish to create. Whether it's a complex math formula or a literature essay, we have a layout that will work for you.

Step 2: Populate Your Page
Now that you've created your page, it's time to fill it with rich content. Scholarly supports a wide range of materials and interactive features to enhance your learning:
- Text Blocks: Just start typing! Our smart editor will help you with grammar suggestions and content ideas, much like GitHub Copilot.
- Upload Images and PDFs: Drag and drop images or PDF files directly into your page to complement your text.
- Create Flashcards: Easily convert key points into flashcards for quick review sessions.
- AI-Powered Assistance: Our AI tools offer predictive text inputs, helping to streamline your writing process and spur ideas.
Step 3: Auto-Generate a Catchy Title
Struggling to think of a catchy title? Let our AI do the work for you:
- Once your content is in place, simply click the sparkles icon next to the default "Untitled" at the top of your page.
- Our AI analyzes your content and suggests a unique and relevant title.

Step 4: Share Your Knowledge
It's time to show your work to the world! Here’s how to make your page accessible:
- Make It Public: Click the Share button located at the top of your page and switch the setting from private to public. This allows other students to view and duplicate your page for their own study needs.
- Share With Friends: Even if your page is private, you can share it directly with friends. Simply enter their emails in the share dropdown, and we’ll send them a special link to view the page. This makes it easy to collaborate or get feedback without making your content public.
